外交小知识

联合国安全理事会（United Nations Security Council）由5个常任理事国和10个非常任理事国组成。5个常任理事国是中国、法国、俄罗斯、英国、美国。非常任理事国以地区为单位选出，任期2年。如果五个常任理事国中的任何一个在安全理事会中投下反对票，决议或决定将不会被批准。

The Security Council consists of fifteen members, of which five are permanent: China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America. The remaining ten members are elected on a regional basis to serve a term of two years. If any one of the five permanent members cast a negative vote in the Security Council, the resolution or decision would not be approved.
