最近卫生部决定广泛使用“乙肝疫苗注射”好不好？

数日前我接到博友bosch的一则消息如下：

广网北京6月18日消息（记者汪群钧）据中中国之声《央广新闻》10时40分报道，深化医药卫生体制改革领导小组公共卫生项目启动视频会召开电视电话会议，会议是深化医药卫生体制改革领导小组共同举办的，参加视频会议的有卫生部、财政部和发改委的相关领导。记者从会议现场获悉很多好消息，在会议上卫生部副部长张茅宣布了启动6项公共卫生项目的主要内容——

第一项，15岁以下人群补种乙肝疫苗项目，预计2009年完成补种2330万人。

近三十年来我见到和阅读到有关全世界预防注射引起的后遗症太多了，多于所谓预防注射的优点〔自然免疫是另一回事〕。在以前的博文和我的书中都曾提出过预防注射的危害性。看来国家对此事是掌握在部分人手中。为了祖国广大人民正确的身体健康，中华民族的素质，应该从我的良心出发，将下面消息发给大家。其实根据我的知识和大量临床经验，还有很多话想说，现只想说一句，希望在祖国能看到更多有利于广大群众健康的不同意见，就暂到此吧。

昨天发表此文不久，有一位博友沙枣树发表了“评论”。我想将对他的“评论回复”附加在此，认为有利于读者。

在我的书中和以前的博文中都提到疫苗注射的作用有好坏两方面。西医学校对“免疫”的教授只谈免疫机制和对人体的免疫作用。也就是只讲好的方面。从不教授，而且在社会上也从不宣传，从不让人们知道制药厂在制作疫苗过程中，培制疫苗时用的，对人体有害的物质。例如，美国制作乙肝疫苗的两家药厂〔SmithKline Beecham 和 Merk〕，在它们两种乙肝疫苗品牌〔ENGERIX-B 和 COMVAX〕的生产过程中使用了氢氧化铝，汞衍生物，酵母菌，脑膜炎球菌，流感嗜血杆菌，石炭酸，……。此二种主要乙肝疫苗已用多年，不久前已停止生产。

我深深地知道，生产一种疫苗，从研发、生产到最终的投入使用，是一个相当漫长、严密、谨慎、甚至是反复的过程。有关这方面的工作人员是极负有责任感的，也花了不少心血。为什么西医生们，以及具有极丰富临床经验的西医们对疫苗注射后的副作用了解得极少，其所了解的大多为注射后的急性反应。

目前世界上有一部份医务工作者，对疫苗的副作用了解得很深刻。这要归功于德国的福尔医师〔Reinhold Voll,M.D.〕。由于他发现了EAV药物测试法，才能诊断出世界上千万种各式各样疾病的“病因”。其中也包括了因预防注射后几年、十几年、数十年出现的慢性病的病因。这点是目前西医师、西医专家们无法认识和能诊断出的。

应用福尔医师EAV药物测试法的我们这批人，深知福尔医师这一伟大发现为人类造福的重要价值。我们曾在上世纪八十年代中期，在欧洲、在美国(Robert Milne MD，Fuller Royal MD, William Khe MD,……)，曾为福尔医师申请诺贝尔奖，可惜未被接受。其实他这一发现，比某些医学诺贝尔奖造福于人类更大。

我对福尔医师这一EAV药物测试法的深入使用，才能使我将中医、西医和顺势医学结合起来。

下面是法国巴黎的REUTERS报纸2008年2月1日报导。标题为〔由于人们受残害疫苗药厂受调查〕。在1994-1998年期间，法国近三分之二人口和几乎所有出生婴儿都要接受乙肝疫苗注射。法官们在1月31日审判两家乙肝疫苗厂商，对1994-1998年乙肝疫苗引起的副作用未全部告知大家。以及美国医师Mercola的评论。

Vaccine Companies Investigated for Manslaughter 〔由于人们受残害疫苗药厂受调查〕

A formal investigation has been launched by French authorities against two managers from drug companies GlaxoSmithKline and Sanofi Pasteur. A second investigation for manslaughter has also been opened against Sanofi Pasteur MSD.

The investigations are in response to allegations that the companies failed to fully disclose side effects from an anti-hepatitis B drug used between 1994 and 1998.

During this time, close to two-thirds of the French population, and almost all newborn babies, received a hepatitis B vaccine. The vaccination campaign was halted after concerns rose over the shot’s side effects.

Thirty plaintiffs, including the families of five people who died after the vaccination, have launched a civil action in the case against the drug companies.

Dr. Mercola's Comments:

In the United States, the hepatitis B vaccine is recommended for all newborns before they are discharged from the hospital. These recommendations are inexcusable.

It finally seems that the drug companies will be held responsible for the consequences of giving this dangerous vaccine to infants.

Why it Makes No Sense to Give the Hepatitis B Vaccine to Newborns

Folks, let’s make on thing perfectly clear here, hepatitis B is VERY difficult to catch. You nearly always need to have blood or sexual contact of some sort with an infected carrier. That is why the main risk factors for hepatitis B are IV drug abusers and those who engage in sex with multiple partners.

This, of course, makes it nearly impossible for a newborn to contract hepatitis B, unless his mother already has it.

Further, vaccine-derived immunity is thought to be short-lived, and between 30 percent to 50 percent of vaccinated inpiduals may lose their antibodies within seven years.

Meanwhile, up to 60 percent of people who initially respond will lose detectable antibodies within 12 years. So that means that by the time these newborns get to the age when they could potentially engage in the risky behaviors that would put them at risk of hepatitis B, their childhood vaccine will provide little to no protection.

The central nervous system of a newborn infant is also particularly susceptible to toxic influences. This is one of the reasons why the hepatitis B vaccine is such a problem. If it were given later in life, as is done in many other countries, it would not be as problematic.

Even so, this vaccine is still associated with numerous side effects, such as an increased risk of multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid diseases.

Do Your Homework Before Vaccinating: The Drug Companies Won’t do it For You

Aside from highlighting the extreme lack of common sense that goes along with vaccinating a newborn against a disease they have a rare chance of getting until they’re much older, this article points out, once again, that the drug companies are not on your side.

Their primary motivation is in making profits, and if that means covering up side effects to make you believe a vaccination is safe, they will likely do it.

Remember, you do have the right to refuse vaccinations, and there are two basic axioms you should never forget.

1. Nobody, anywhere or any time and under any circumstances has the right or power in this country to immunize you or your children against your will and conviction. If they attempt to do so, you can legally charge them with "assault with a deadly weapon" and have the full resources of the law behind you.

2. At all times in attempting to avoid unwanted immunization, you have the Law of the Land behind you. Those who would try to vaccinate you against your will are on very shaky ground. Into every compulsory immunization law in America are written legal exceptions and waivers, which are there specifically to protect you from the attempted tyranny of officialdom. It is not only your right, but your obligation to use them, if this is what your conscience tells you.

While all 50 states have immunization requirements, 28 allow parents to opt out for medical or religious reasons. Another 20 states allow parents to opt out for personal or philosophical reasons as well.

从“惊人发现后美国食品药物管理局禁止使用普通婴儿疫苗”谈起

上面标题“惊人发现……”这一新闻是美国有线电视网于今年三月二十二日报导的，并进行了评论。

美国联邦卫生局建议医生停止使用 Rotarix 疫苗。此疫苗在2008年，经美国食品药物管理局批准，并在美国注册的轮状病毒疫苗。由于此疫苗有猪病毒物质污染，即污染了猪圆环病毒 1的 DNA。

美国有100万儿童，全世界约有3000万接受此疫苗注射。注射的目的是用猪病毒的 DNA来预防人类轮状病毒感染。因为人受轮状病毒感染后，会使人严重腹泻和脱水。

经调查发现，在疫苗制作公司的细胞库中用来制造疫苗的种子，就已经被猪圆环病毒1的DNA污感了。关于这一污染问题，在全世界的很多用作疫苗的多种动物，都存在这一共同问题。在用的动物组织中含有遗传物质〔DNA/RNA等〕。例如，疫苗制造厂商几乎都用动物和鸟类的细胞制作疫苗；猪胰蛋白酶也用于制造病毒种子的储备物质。再如，利用非洲绿猿的肾细胞产生病毒，制作疫苗。又如，在制造脊髓灰质炎疫苗用猴肾细胞，其中污染了SV40。现在知道SV40与肺、脑、骨、淋巴的人类癌症有关。

本月二十三日我看到中国大陆的一则新闻。在广东揭阳有四十四名学生，因注射乙肝疫苗后，在医院进行急救。很多人在接受疫苗注射后，都或多或少有一些反应。以我多年的临床经验，只当我在三十年前掌握了福尔电针、顺势医学和经我提高后的“康氏信息医学”以后，才知道预防注射的当时不适或不良反应不是大事，而是多年以后带来的难治的、莫名其妙的疾病。两周前有一年青人来我处求诊治。他所患病为“多发性硬化症”。因他家中有钱，每年盈利好几亿。因此有条件到世界各地求名医诊治。他也到过中国大陆求名中医诊治。数月前也接受过“干细胞”治疗。诊治结果皆无效，仍手不灵活，走路困难。两周前的第一次诊断，发现其病因由幼儿时的脊髓灰质炎和乙肝疫苗引起。当际针对病因治疗，前天来诊就有明显进步，使病人及家长大为高兴。

有一些研究表明，经过疫苗注射后疾病受到控制，但是很多疫苗是不安全的。一是“疫苗成分”，注射后会产生一系列不良反应和疾病。二是由于“疫苗病因信息”，它会对接受疫苗注射者在有生之年造成各式各样的慢性病。

经过多年的对比观察，由上可知预防接种的益处并不是所说的那样。现在提一些预防注射后的常见不良反应是：

1.持续尖叫，或高声啼哭，或不同寻常的哭。

2.反应迟钝，茫然凝视。

3.发烧或伴有抽搐。

4.极度懒洋洋，做任何事，如起床、睡觉、吃饭等都比平常慢。

5.呕吐。

6.腹泻。

7.头痛、恶心、或头晕。

8.无力，或面色苍白。

9.注射局部异常浮肿或痛。

预防注射造成的常见疾病有：

1. 免疫功能障碍

2. 关节痛

3. 癫痫

4.脑炎

5.痴呆

6.孤独症

7.多发性硬化

8.糖尿病

9.慢性疲劳

10.老年性痴呆

在发达国家中，不少人从书本和网上读到一些权威性医学机构的报告，以及他人或自身的体会，对预防注射产生了畏惧。其实世界卫生组织(WHO)，美国医学会（AMA），美国儿科学会(AAP)，联邦疾病控制中心（CDC）,食品药物管理署（FDA），疫苗制造厂以及医学杂志，都知道上述情况，但是它们总以含蓄的协议来隐瞒事实，将真实情况降到最低限度。

近几年来人们已能通过不少渠道得知预防注射的危害。有的医生指出每年死于预防注射的人比死于枪杀和车祸的总和还多。甚至更有人说预防注射会使人类灭绝。在这种情况下美国不少公民要求政府修改法律。以美国德克萨斯州为例，2003年7月州长已签署法律，2003年9月1日生效，准许父母不让儿童接种。也就是说未经疫苗注射的学童，扔能进入公立学校就读。以前只许医师决定和宗教上的理由才能免于注射。
